The business is seeking a seasoned executive to join the leadership team, with the opportunity to be developed into a broader enterprise leadership role over time.

As General Manager Operations, you will be responsible for leading the organisation's operations, supply chain, compliance, and customer service functions, overseeing a team of approximately 70 employees.

Success in this role will require the ability to lead within a structured ASX-listed environment while also embracing the entrepreneurial spirit on which the organisation was founded.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of TGA and GMP governance and is likely to come from a biotechnology, medical technology, medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing background.
