Our client is a highly respected, values-led organisation that is embarking on an important evolution of its executive leadership structure. They are a major player in the broader clinical/healthcare space and are driving significant and positive change to ensure continued best in class services to the community.
As part of this journey, they have created a newly established Chief of Quality, Governance & Risk position to provide independent oversight across Quality, Clinical Governance, Enterprise Risk and WHS. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, with regular interaction at Board level, this is an outstanding opportunity to shape the future governance framework of a large, complex organisation operating across multiple service streams.
This is far more than a compliance role. It is an opportunity to influence organisational strategy, strengthen risk maturity and build a contemporary governance function that will support the organisation well into the future.
The Opportunity
• Newly created executive leadership position

• Build and mature governance frameworks across a complex organisation
• Drive organisational culture, continuous improvement and risk maturity
• Lead an established multidisciplinary team
The successful candidate will be an accomplished executive with experience leading governance, quality, risk or compliance functions within a complex, highly regulated environment.
You may come from aged care, healthcare, disability, hospitals or another industry where governance, regulation and organisational risk are fundamental to business performance.
Most importantly, you will possess the ability to influence at executive level, develop high-performing teams, build organisational capability and successfully balance strategic leadership with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
