Job Description
This iconic Australian brand is seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead the local delivery of major enterprise technology initiatives, aligned to a broader global transformation program.
Operating as part of a large international group, the organisation is currently implementing several strategic technology platforms designed to modernise infrastructure, strengthen capability and support future growth.
This role will take ownership of the regional implementation of these technology programs, ensuring successful delivery across multiple stakeholders while aligning with global program leadership.
This is a highly visible role working across technology and business teams, requiring a project leader who can operate comfortably within complex enterprise environments.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of global technology programs within the Australian business
- Managing project execution across multiple stakeholders including technology, operations, and senior leadership
- Ensuring alignment with global program structures and delivery timelines
- Driving project governance, reporting and implementation planning
- Coordinating change, communications and readiness activities associated with major system rollouts
- Acting as the conduit between global program leadership and the local business
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience delivering ServiceNow implementations / upgrades and had some involvement in a physical office relocation project
- A career that has likely progressed from an application development foundation into project leadership
- Strong stakeholder engagement capability across both technical and business audiences
- Demonstrated success delivering complex system implementations within structured environments
- A Tertiary qualification in technology and a strong capability with project management methodologies such as PMBOK and Prince2
